The sparkling wine of Anna Zichy's estate was made from furmint, which was enriched with a little muscat and tramini. Its elegant color, fruity aroma, citrus aroma and lively acidity are balanced by the residual sugar content.

Their champagne - which won a gold medal at the Winelovers Wine Awards wine competition in 2023 - was made using the traditional Champagne Méthode Traditionelle process, based on furmint from their Mádi vineyards, mixed with muscat.

Each bottle is full of depth and tradition. The characteristic variety of the terroir, Furmint, gives structure and freshness, Muskotály gives elegance and a rich fruity taste. The unique composition of the terroir's volcanic rocks lends our champagne a mineral finish characteristic of Tokaj.

An elegant marriage of white and red champagne, which has been made since 1818 at the long-established French champagne house. It liberates and captivates you: its color is beautiful, pale pink, its aroma and taste are both elegantly fruity and crystal clear.

The Cuvée. Roughly half is shared by pinot noir, the other half by chardonnay and pinot meunier. Golden yellow, indulgent champagne with brioche, delicate yeast notes, white peach, anise and vanilla. A huge classic.

This French cuvée shows wonderfully expressive notes of apricot, apple, pear and grapefruit in the glass. Notes of walnuts, roasted almonds and roasted hazelnuts can also be found in it.

A fruity and vivacious traditional method sparkling wine, and the Rosé sibling of the Brut, which is similarly light and easy to love with its good drinkability. Real natural champagne, the dosage contains 0 gr of sugar. The base wine is 53% chardonnay, 21% furmint, 18% pinot noir, 8% pinot blanc. Disgorged after 18-22 months of maturation. It smells of nuts, white-fleshed fruits, pineapple, then notes of aging, biscuity, buttery, delicate brioche, which is also reflected in the taste. Strong acids on the palate, non-obtrusive bubbles, long finish.

Citrus fruits, white flowers and biscuit – enticing aromas line up in the nose. Chardonnay ensures a fresh and elegant style, the pleasant bitterness of Furmint appear in the background. Grapefruit, lime and stone fruits arrive first on the palate, followed by quince and autolytic notes – toast and roasted almond. Vivid and soft, with distinctive saltiness at the end. The dosage ensures an ideal balance. Fine choice for each and every occasion.

Duval Leroy is one of the few family-owned prestige champagne houses in Champagne. Their brut champagne is a full-bodied, creamy specialty with a citrus aroma. With its beautiful gold color and tiny, sparkling bubbles, it’s really great. It has citrus, walnut and toasty notes, green apple notes, nice acids and pleasant harmony.

We, at Barta, only make a pezsgő, that is, sparkling wine in vintages that perfectly suit the purpose – and 2017 was exactly such a vintage. It was an ‘easy’ growing season with limited pest pressure and a long, sunny days that ensured good phenolic ripeness and balance in the grapes. The Furmint base wine had high and fine, fresh acidity, along with minerality and elegance. Secondary fermentation took place in the bottle, and the wine was aged on the lees for 3 years before disgorgement.

A light colored rosé with slight copper reflexes. Delicate round bubbles that roll long and softly down the throat of your taster. The aromas of Chardonnay are delicately blended with the vigor of Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier gives it the right fruitiness. Raspberries also dominate in smell and taste.
