In 1999, Miklós and Mária opened their own small bakery in Székesfehérvár. When Nicholas was found to be gluten-sensitive, he decided to create a whole line of tasty alternative baked goods. That way, he and other gluten-sensitive people can live their lives without a hitch while eating great food.
We believe that the community and a community together must create our products. We make our gluten-free flour mixes, pastas, breads and snacks with our co-creators.
