About the product: every bite of this traditional Transylvanian vegetable cream has the flavour of autumn: the base is eggplant roasted on a free-range fire, mixed with tomato peppers, onions, carrots, tomato juice and spices. The creaminess comes from cooking for at least six hours. It is excellent on its own as a sandwich cream, but can also be used on pasta or even in stews and soups.

After winning the Young Farmers competition, we moved from Budapest to a farm, where we finally managed to start our own family business. In addition to improving the quality of our lives - you do what you love - we started growing vegetables without chemicals. We now grow the seedlings ourselves, so we can say that we grow from seed to seed.
Farming is done on one hectare. Our aim is to produce good tasting, high nutrient, healthy produce from our farm. We do not use any additives or preservatives in the production of the finished product."
