Born from the blending of three white wines (chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, gray friend). Citrus and peach on the nose, tropical fruit and juicy peach on the palate, with a creamy texture due to barrel ageing. It has great ageing potential. Excellent with creamy dishes, white meats and green vegetables such as asparagus.

A big favourite, not just because of the name. The colour of Fox Rosé is reminiscent of the shade of the four-legged fur of the fox that prowls the woods of Bethlehem.
Light and bone-dry in alcohol, it is still a light, viscous wine when full-bodied, suggesting a serious extra. Give it time to develop in your glass: you'll feel what a cunning Fox this is! A little smokiness and gunpowder greets you, then reveals ripe strawberries, rhubarb and juicy peaches. Very lively on the palate too. With warmer, riper aromas and a creamy texture, its lovely and vibrant acidity creates an impeccable balance. The spicy sweetness makes the palate really exciting with a long, salty-savoury finish.

Furmint, Green Veltelini, Sauvignon Blanc orange wine. Furmint. Green Veltelini: Hand harvested, whole cluster pressing, 6 months amphora ageing. Sauvignon Blanc: Crushed, de-stemmed and then matured in used barrels for 6 months. Fermented, then bottled unfiltered.

Clean, ripe cherry, sour cherry, dark chocolate and subtle earthiness emerge in the Kristinus Sommelier Merlot 2015, with hints of coconut and warm barrel spice. Alongside the barely ripe blackberries, berry fruit and a lingering finish, subtle woody character and very pure cocoa emerge in this red wine.

For the subtle aromatic notes, the Yellowtail was chosen as the base for this handmade natural Pet-Nat made with Method Ancestral. The essence of this technique is that after a few hours of skin contact, the fermenting juice is bottled, which is how we find these fine, natural bubbles in our glass. Open carefully! Cool it well before popping it open.

Due to the timeless things made from valuable raw materials and the proven old methods, the wine finally became Analog. It returned for the second vintage with more mature flavors than the early fresh wines, in the dynamic style typical of the cellar. In addition to Tramini and Sauvignon Blanc, an Italian Riesling with an explosive taste is now included in the blend.
After hand-harvesting and pressing, next to the fermenting must, a few crates of intact and healthy bunches were added to the refrigerated container. Fermentation was followed by 8 months of aging on fine lees. Finally, it was bottled without filtration, clarification and with little added sulphur.
