Pannonhalmi Főapátság

Iconic labels and wine names abound at the Pannonhalmi Főapátság (Archabby). Such is the Infusio, the Prior, and by now the Hemina has become a similar concept. 60% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Blanc, 10% Viognier and finally 5% Sauvignon Blanc. The harvest was carried out at the best possible time, with precise optical sorting, gentle pressing, extraction by gravity and then fermentation in 500-litre oak barrels. Ripe white fruit and minerality, with a subtly creamy texture.

About the liqueur: The bitter liqueur is an extract of seven herbs described in the recipe of Elek Reisch in 1735, with apple brandy from Agárd. As an aperitif, it helps digestion, reduces the feeling of fullness, and is very delicious even with its bitter taste.

With a spicy, slightly chamomile-like scent, with a soft and harmonious finish on the throat after a sip. It is based on Agárd apple brandy, which can be felt with due care and tasting.

A liqueur made from sour cherry brandy and sour cherry, which seduces the consumer with its fruitiness and silkiness.
