A total of 20% quince was enough for one of the most exciting ciders in Budapest, so you can feel it very intensely with the 80% Idared and Jonagold fund, and even the overall effect is even more vivid compared to last year.
Alcohol content: 6.5%

It is made from Idared apples, our only cider with only 1 type of apple. It is fermented with organic yeast, which highlights the character of the variety. Soaking on the skin for 24 hours, maturing for 10 months. Smooth apple scent, dry clean sip.

After ripening, we cold-soaked six kinds of hops in the cider base wine, which gave it a beautiful fruit-tea aroma.
