If you like to experiment and try new things, try our red berry Ginfuse mix! A mixture of lyophilized cranberries, strawberry and raspberry pieces, hibiscus and pink pepper, which takes your gin and tonic to a new level. The lyophilized fruits are rehydrated when added to the gin and tonic and become like fresh fruit - and their flavor melts gently into your drink, and when supplemented with hibiscus, they color it a wonderful pale pink.
