They process fresh, ripe fruit seasonally to produce a valuable fruit puree. 1 kg of fruit puree is made from 1.5-2 kg of fruit, depending on the fruit. Thanks to the use of ripe fruit, the pulp is rich in vitamins and nutrients. Moderate consumption can be beneficial to health.

The production of juice concentrate is simple: the concentrate is produced by physically beating the fruit with heat and chemicals, draining and pressing. Thanks to this technology, a large percentage of the fruit's nutritional composition and vitamins are lost. Apart from one apple juice pressing plant, there is no other such plant in our country. As a result, all fruit concentrates used in Hungary are imported.
