Mermaid Gin 700ml

Mermaid Gin has been made on the Isle of Wight in the UK since 2014 using ten botanical ingredients (Boadicea hops, juniper, coriander, fresh lemon peel, Malagueta pepper, angelica root, licorice root, orris root and elderflower).

The complexity of its taste is mainly provided by the organic lemon peel and the Malagéta pepper belonging to the ginger family, but above all by the fragrant sea cumin collected in the wild.

The gin's leading botanical is also known as the "mermaid's kiss" by the locals: that aromatic succulent plant clings to the rocks surrounding the island and marks the tide line.

A smooth, refreshing and complex modern style gin with fresh citrus, sweet spices and gentle juniper on the nose. In the taste, the flavor of citrus is combined with peppery spiciness and earthy sweetness, with a hint of sea aroma.
