The perfect harmony of honey and strawberries. Made with special creamy honey and lyophilised ripe strawberries. The lyophilisation process is the best technology to preserve the original taste, colour and nutritional value of the fruit. A 130g product uses 86g of strawberries equivalent to fresh fruit, which would not even fit in the jar when fresh. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese, and also contain significant amounts of folate (B9) and potassium. The berries are very rich in antioxidants, so they can have a positive effect on heart health - so when combined with honey, you get a special immune-boosting product. This product crowns any meal where fruit is used, from breakfast porridge to a delicious smoothie.
