North American blueberries are rich in vitamin C and are grown for their beneficial effects. Coated with milk chocolate, it retains its sweetness and the distinctive taste of red fruits. Canadian blueberries with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, covered with 37% milk chocolate and bitter cocoa. The acidic taste of blueberries is balanced by the sweetness of the milk chocolate while retaining a fresh and fruity flavor. It is also heavenly for breakfast with yoghurt or a cup of tea.

The Italian company Slitti was born in 1969 as a coffee roasting company, which has excelled from the beginning in the care and processing of the product. In 1989, the founder’s sons, Andrea and Daniele, expanded the company’s offering to include cocoa processing.
Andrea Slitti is one of the most important craft chocolate makers in the world today. His cocoa adventure is based on his experience at the family coffee roasting company, and his only teacher, coffee, led him into the world of chocolate, and that gave him the experience to create balanced, round and aromatic blends. His craftsmanship and artistic sense led him to win all the most prestigious international chocolate competitions, creating a list of enviable gold medals.
