A total of 20% quince was enough for one of the most exciting ciders in Budapest, so you can feel it very intensely with the 80% Idared and Jonagold fund, and even the overall effect is even more vivid compared to last year.

It is made from Idared apples, our only cider with only 1 type of apple. It is fermented with organic yeast, which highlights the character of the variety. Soaking on the skin for 24 hours, maturing for 10 months. Smooth apple scent, dry clean sip.

After ripening, we cold-soaked six kinds of hops in the cider base wine, which gave it a beautiful fruit-tea aroma.

Méthode Ancestrale Cider
The essence of Pét-Nat cider is that the fermenting apple and grape juice is shale-packed, so that the natural sugars in the must are converted into alcohol and carbon dioxide, which gives it beautiful, tiny bubbles. It's a natural, ancient method. No added sulphur.
