A total of 20% quince was enough for one of the most exciting ciders in Budapest, so you can feel it very intensely with the 80% Idared and Jonagold fund, and even the overall effect is even more vivid compared to last year.

Soaking on the skins still took a total of two full days, followed by pressing and maturation for 10 months after fermentation. This made it even more layered, with a cool scent, mint, character.
