After ripening, we cold-soaked six kinds of hops in the cider base wine, which gave it a beautiful fruit-tea aroma.

Compared to the previous vintage, it was kept on the skin longer, so the base wine became more complex and the hops of the previous vintage were enriched with 5 others, so the aroma image of the hops was also more complex, but it still appears elegantly and delicately with apple cider notes. It is characterized by citrus, lemongrass, exotic fruits and tea aromas.
