The Soot Black Chili Sauce
What makes it so black? We caramelize lots of purple onions in our homemade balsamic vinegar cream and then add our homemade tomato paste, followed by maya red habanero chili peppers.

We chose this chilli because it carries the flavour and aroma of the habanero beautifully, but its strength is slightly below the other habanero varieties.
