Kamikaze is a bitang strong chilli sauce with an inimitable zam. Not for the novice chilli consumer. Thanks to the Carolina reaper and Trinidad scorpion varieties, it has a brutal strength and an unadulterated chilli flavour. It is really only recommended for the more hardened chilli fans, true capsaicin addicts! Interestingly, it gives off its torque after about 10 seconds, until then it just gives you a pleasant tingling sensation, you almost think you've been had, and then, like a migraine, the 800,000 scoville slowly takes over. As late as it comes, it's slow to pass. It takes a long time to whip your taste buds. A real kamikaze attack on the receptors!
