The Italian company Slitti was born in 1969 as a coffee roasting company, which has excelled from the beginning in the care and processing of the product. In 1989, the founder’s sons, Andrea and Daniele, expanded the company’s offering to include cocoa processing.
Andrea Slitti is one of the most important craft chocolate makers in the world today. His craftsmanship and artistic sense led him to win all the most prestigious international chocolate competitions, creating a list of enviable gold medals.
