Order

How can I place my order?
In the online store, you select the products you want, then click on the "Add to cart" icon to add them to your cart, and your cart will appear with the products you selected.
Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, you will need to click on the basket icon on the right hand side of the menu bar.
You will then be taken to the "Shopping Cart" page, here you have a few more steps to complete before finalising your order:
In the "Enter details" menu, you will be asked to enter your personal details, delivery and/or billing address, add a comment to your order and subscribe to our newsletter to receive notifications of our latest news. You will then need to select your payment method, accept the terms and conditions and click on "submit order".
How do I know if I have placed my order?
After each successful order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you entered in the registration form, which should arrive in your inbox within half an hour or less, depending on the server load.
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation e-mail from my online store?
After placing and finalizing each order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the detailed content of your order, usually immediately, but within 30 minutes, depending on the server load. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes, please contact our customer service.

Transport

Where are we delivering?
Magentadeli.hu currently provides services throughout Hungary and abroad.
What is the cost of transport?
For purchases over 25.000 HUF the delivery is free of charge, below 25.000 HUF 990 HUF (1490 HUF for cash on delivery). For delivery to parcel delivery point 990 HUF.
How can I pay for it?
You can pay for your purchase online by credit card, after delivery at the courier by credit card (POS terminal), by bank transfer or by cash payment.
How can I request a company VAT invoice?
In our webshop, during the checkout process, you need to tick the "invoice to another address" menu, then enter the company name, address and company tax number, as a result of which we will issue a company VAT invoice to our customer.
When will I receive the products I ordered?
We deliver the ordered products within 1-2 working days by courier. If you would like to request otherwise, you can indicate this in the "Comment" section of your order.

What products are we selling?
We also sell premium, artisanal, small-scale and all-natural foods and beverages (we have gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free, caffeine-free, vegan, etc.).
How many products can I order?
In principle, you can add as many as you like to your basket, while stocks last.
What exactly does "In Stock" mean?
It means that the selected product is immediately available from our warehouse. If you request home delivery, your order can be delivered the next day if you place it on our website before 16:00 on working days.
What does "Not in stock" mean?
The product you have selected is currently out of stock and your order is pending.

Registration/Availability

Should I register an account?
If you are a returning customer, you should register your own account. This way you can view your previous orders, favourites and purchase history in one interface. Your shopping experience will be easier and faster.
When is the Magentadeli.hu webshop customer service available?
The customer service is available on working days Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.

How do I cancel my order?
Only our customer service staff can cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by phone: +36 20 205 7518 or by e-mail: info@magentadeli.hu
How can I remove the product from the basket?
Click on the Shopping Cart icon on the Shopping Cart page and click on the X symbol next to the product name and price to remove the item.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
If we have delivered a defective or damaged product, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and you can contact us at info@magentadeli.hu or +36 20 205 7518.
What should I do if I have not received part of my order?
Please contact our customer service by phone +36 20 205 7518 or by e-mail info@magentadeli.hu and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
What should I do if I receive a product that I did not order?
If we happen to deliver a product to you that you have not ordered, you can of course keep the goods if you wish.
If you do not take advantage of the above option, please contact us at info@magentadeli.hu and one of our couriers will pick it up at a pre-arranged time.
