4. Finalization:
If you accept the offer, we will prepare your package, which you can pick up in person at our store at a pre-arranged time, or you can choose to have it delivered by one of our courier services.

Frequently asked questions
When should you place your order?
We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, as we can only accept new orders depending on our available capacity. Processing the order, purchasing any special products, assembling packages, and handling modifications all take a lot of time. For this reason, we can only accept larger orders 3-4 weeks before the holidays, and smaller orders no later than 2 weeks before the holidays.
How much does a unique gift package cost?
The price depends on the products you choose and the size of the package. We will send you a detailed quote in our individual offer.
How is the payment made?
Payment can be made by bank transfer, online credit card payment or cash payment in store. Details will be sent after the offer is accepted.
