Production of concentrate dewatering by physical action, coating with heat and chemicals, compaction. Thanks to the technology used, the fruit loses a very high percentage of its content, vitamins.
There is no juice thickener plant in Hungary, except for an apple juice thickener. It follows that the fruit concentrates used in Hungary come exclusively from foreign purchases.
Our family business does not work from concentrate, it has its own fruit processor.
We process seasonally fresh, ripe fruit, from which we make valuable fruit puree. We use 1.5-2 kg of fruit to produce 1 kg of fruit puree, depending on the fruit. The use of ripe fruit in our syrups is rich in vitamins and nutrients. Consuming it in moderation has a beneficial effect in supporting our health.

It is recommended to use pressed and / or fruit puree fibrous products instead of products diluted back from the concentrate.

Our family business, Nektária Manufactory in Fejér County, was established in 2012. Mostly locally, we make healthy, domestic, premium quality products from the vegetables and fruits of local producers with a gentle process. We are proud to say that our company currently provides or contributes directly to the livelihood of 20-25 families.
