In 1999 Miklós and Mária opened their own small bakery in Székesfehérvár. When Miklós was found to be gluten-sensitive, he decided to create a whole range of delicious alternative baked goods. This way he and other gluten-sensitive people can live their lives without worry while eating great food.
We believe in creating our products for and with a community. We make our gluten-free flour blends, pastas, breads and snacks with our fellow creators.
