A product with a very fragrant scent, the Irsai Oliver grapes are clearly recognizable. It tastes fruity with a spicy character that is very full and has a long finish. Slightly sweet, the shell character is only slightly felt.

Olivér Irsai, a Hungarian-bred hybrid delicacy and white wine grape variety, bred in 1930 by Pál Kocsis and named after his friend's son. The brandy made from it has a very perfumed aroma, a fruity taste, a spicy taste and a long finish. One of the most fragrant grape varieties, we have to pay the most attention to keeping the aromas during distillation.
