The drink is produced according to Italian traditions and the experience of the best distillers. Its water is obtained from the purest springs on the slopes of Monte Rosa, and the grain used in its preparation comes from the beautiful valleys at the junction of the Alps and the Po plain.
In the first phase of distillation, it is distilled in column stills using a continuous process, and later the final distillation takes place in a special copper still. After that, the drink is filtered through a layer of Carrara marble for perfect purity.
