Instructions for use: To be consumed before going to bed!
1. Hit the bottle cap with your palm at least ten times to loosen the powder
in it.
2. It is not necessary to remove the film at all, just hold the bottle vertically and start
unscrew the cap. The powder then falls into the liquid and is mixed by the spiral.
3. Lift the spiral out of the bottle and immediately drink the entire contents of the bottle, then drink two
glass of water.
Dosage: from the age of 18, no more than 1 bottle per 24 hours, before going to bed. The recommended daily consumption
do not exceed the amount!
