Bernard Celebration Lager is an unpasteurized light beer produced by secondary fermentation with soft yeast culture. It has a bready aroma and a mild caramel flavor.
After filling, its slightly veiled color in the glass is caused by yeast deposits due to the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
To this day, the factory's brewmasters stick to their traditions, so the unpasteurized, full-bodied beers they make can almost be considered craft beer. After fermentation in our own cellars, the aging takes place according to tradition, for several weeks at a temperature of around 1-2°C. The filtration process is carried out at 2°C with special microbiological filters, so the wort retains its original aroma and taste in addition to healthy nutrients.
