Banana Bread beer is brewed based on a traditional ale recipe from Wells&Young's own mineral water, English Fuggle malt, seasoned with fresh, crunchy hops, with the addition of bananas and banana aroma. In the taste, the fruitiness of ripe, fresh bananas is in fine balance with the caramel aromas of malt and the peppery spicy notes of hops. Historically, ale beer was known as "liquid bread". Keeping the tradition, they created the Banana Bread beer, for which bananas are obtained from Fairtrade trade. Banana Bread is a pleasant accompaniment to desserts!
