The abbey’s first Belgian-style beer, with alcohol (5%) on the lower side, with a fruity malt and yeast emphasis. It’s a very pure, yet refreshing beer, for which a lot of exciting and spicy hop varieties were selected alongside the traditional hops, by the brewmaster Fülöp Tihanyi. It’s a refreshing and light beverage made from two types of malt, via top fermentation, with Belgian-style yeast. The spiciness of the hops and the fruitiness of the yeast appear on the nose, while the palate is characterised by the sweetish character of the malt and the hop’s slight citrusy bitterness. Dry and refreshing.
Consumed at 9-11 ° C!
Alcohol: 5% (V / V), Balling: 12 ° C
The Benedictine monastic order has a rich tradition of healing herbs. Tradition and modernity characterized the current community's relationship with the world, with the events and changes taking place in and around it. Building on the traditions, but meeting the challenges of today, we have rethought our relationship with our products, with the specific goal of making the guests in Pannonhalma part of this tradition, acting as a mediator between us and our guests.
