Suntory Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky 700ml

Hibiki Japanese Harmony, as its name implies, is harmony incarnate. It is made from a blend of malt whiskeys made in the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries and grain whiskeys from the Chita distillery. Aging takes place in five different types of casks, including American white oak, used sherry and Mizurama oak. The creation of the perfect harmony is personally overseen by the master mixologist of the Suntory group, Shingo Torii. The end result is an extremely refined, elegant whiskey with mild honey, orange, spicy and oaky aromas.

Hibiki was blended from Yamazaki and Hakushu barley malts and grain whiskey from the Chita distillery. The different distillates are aged in 5 types of barrels, among which it is worth highlighting the Mizunara type of barrel made of rare Japanese oak wood. The final blend is created by Suntory's master blenders, led by Master Blender Shingo Torii.
It is available in a beautiful decanter-like glass, the 24 sides of which symbolize the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar (Sekki). A very clean and fruity drink that delights the whiskey drinker with wonderful experiences.
An interplay of malt and grain whiskeys blended into Hibiki, this whiskey is a particularly deep aromatic spirit with elegant and softly woody notes, accompanied by sweet, lingering citrus flavors.
