At Tyrrells farm in Herefordshire, the tasty chips are made from potatoes bought exclusively from local growers. At Tyrrells, they know that really good chips can be made by following tradition, so they carefully select the ingredients by hand and make them in small quantities the old-fashioned way - because they believe that quantity would be at the expense of quality. They do not use any additives or flavor enhancers, only natural spices.
