Herradura Anejo matures for 25 months in American white oak barrels. The result is an extremely smooth, amber-colored drink that melts on the tongue, leaving notes of cooked agave, burnt oak and dried fruit. Taste: The defining element of its taste is the characteristic aroma of cooked agave, which is complemented by the pleasantly soft sweetness of dried fruits.
