Spicy, fruity, infinitely peachy. Thanks to the (double) embedding technology on dried and fresh fruit, it can shine notes of jam, fresh and citrus at the same time. In its taste, the creamy sweetness and deep peach flavor typical of dried fruits make it enjoyable for long minutes. Consumed alone after dessert or as a dessert.

It is black-burgundy in color and has a dense-full texture and an almost liqueur effect. Its aroma is coffee-milk chocolate, behind which the stale ripe cherries can be discovered. The blend of fruit, marzipan and sweet chocolate explodes in the taste, giving a very definite, full and very long throat experience with a slightly aftertaste.

A very intense, light brandy with a pleasant plum blossom scent, which we strongly recommend for the weaker sex as well. In its taste, a special, sweet taste different from traditional plum brandies can be discovered, with some ginger and floral, honey notes. It is an extremely complex product with a long aftertaste, the dry test of which leaves cinnamon notes in the glass.

The MATIAS winery is made from Cabernet Franc pomace. Pomace means pressed, dry grapes, the brandy made from it is called pomace brandy.
Cook it immediately from the fermentation tank, leaving the red wine a little damp in it, so it will have an alcohol content and the distillate will be more fragrant. Delicious, elegant, spicy yet extremely complex product. The sweet opening in the mouth is followed by black chocolate notes, which are made endless by the tannic astringency. It is an excellent aperitif when consumed on its own, a really harmonious brandy with black coffee after a meal.
