The Brain Stimulating Tea Blend is a natural, stomach- and digestion-friendly refreshment instead of coffee and energy drinks.
Ingredients: rosemary, mint
Rosemary helps concentration and dilates the brain's blood vessels, while mint raises the heart rate, so the two together can provide a real energy boost at any time of the day. Add 1 teaspoon of the tea blend to a cup of boiled but not boiling water, leave to stand for 5-8 minutes and strain.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
