It is the little brother of our Himalayan Imperial Black tea, made from the 2021 summer harvest. This year's vintage contains more golden buds, slightly less oxidized. And since the leaves are shredded during the processing of Himalay Black, other maturation processes take place. Thanks to this, we can feel vivid cocoa and chocolate notes in the tea, which is also excellent with breakfast. It dissolves well and quickly, but does not become bitter, it is worth soaking it for a very long time as a test, you can get a coffee-like consistency.
All of our Nepali teas have a certain refined elegance. This is helped by the fact that the Jun Chiyabari tea garden is located at an altitude of 1,600-1,800 meters in the Himalayas, and their teas are made organically.
Our tasting notes:
Steamed aroma: chocolate, cognac cherry, brownie
Flavors, effects: Brownie, toast, chocolate, wonderful deep flavors. Later, smoking, avar, molasses. It can be an excellent choice with a breakfast cake. It is also worth trying with a little oat milk, you can get an amazing texture.
