This unique Chamomile was collected on the pristine wastelands of Hortobágy. Heron wells, gray cattle herds, mirage summer days, galloping wild horses and the endless wasteland as far as the eye can see; this is the home of our wild chamomile.
The beneficial effects of chamomile on health have been known for a long time, but thanks to the outstanding growing area and careful preparation, we can now present a real pleasure article.
The wild Hortobágy chamomile flowers have been protected since 2012.
Beautiful greenish, yellowish flowers with an incredibly deep scent that reminds us of wild flower meadows and haystacks. Its texture is creamy, the chamomile notes are much more vivid in its taste, while it has a vanilla and woody atmosphere. The aftertaste has a hint of elderflower. At a higher temperature, fruitier flavors come to the fore, apricot jam, slight pluminess. It helps digestion and has a very pleasant calming effect. Its elegant concoction can be safely consumed in the evening, it does not contain caffeine.
Preparation suggestion:
Quantity: 4 grams of tea for 300 ml of water
Water temperature: 90-95ºC. From fresh spring water, mineral water or filtered water
Pouring time: 150 seconds
Number of pours: 2-3x
