Chopped dried fruits from Panyola made using traditional techniques. Table pears, plums, cherries, nectarines and black elderflowers harvested in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg form the basis of this natural, softly sweet fruit tea. Pear brings sweetness, cherry sourness, and elderberry brings airy floweriness to the tea.
After soaking, the scalded fruits can be eaten, they bring a compote experience.
Dried fruits can be eaten on their own or in muesli, and can be an excellent afternoon snack.
