Mengazzoli Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is the pinnacle of Italian gastronomy, produced according to traditions spanning generations. During the maturation process, it is aged in barrels made of different types of wood – oak, chestnut, mulberry, cherry and juniper – which enrich the product with unique organoleptic characteristics.
