Quality matured mustard, free from additives (flavour enhancers, preservatives, colourings). The ingredients used are from Hungarian producers and the mustard seeds are certified organic. The mustard seeds are produced using a traditional ageing process, during which the beneficial constituents of the mustard seeds, the bio-fermented vinegars used and the spices used combine to produce an excellent dietary effect when consumed. It is an excellent condiment that can be used in almost any dish, be it meat or vegetables. It goes very well with roasts and sausages, but is also suitable for marinating.
