Quality matured mustard, free from additives (flavour enhancers, preservatives, colourings). The ingredients used are from Hungarian producers and the mustard seeds are certified organic. No added sugar, only organic honey. It is produced using a traditional ageing process, where the beneficial components of the mustard seeds, the organic fermented vinegars used and the spices and honey used combine to provide excellent nutritional benefits when consumed. It is a special mustard for marinades, but is also an excellent accompaniment for roasts and sausage and sausage rolls. The slightly garlicky flavour adds extra flavour to dishes.
