Quality matured mustard, free from additives (flavour enhancers, preservatives, colourings). The ingredients used are from Hungarian producers and the mustard seeds are certified organic. The mustard seeds are produced using a traditional ageing process, during which the beneficial constituents of the mustard seeds, the bio-fermented vinegars used and the spices used combine to produce an excellent dietary effect when consumed. It is a special mustard for marinades, but is also an excellent accompaniment to roasts and sausage and sausage rolls. Slightly spicy product containing mustard seed pieces.
