The ingredients used are from Hungarian producers and the mustard seeds are certified organic. The mustard seeds are produced using a traditional ageing process, during which the beneficial constituents of the mustard seeds, together with the biological fermentation vinegars and spices used, provide an excellent dietary effect when consumed. Its natural taste makes it an excellent seasoning for a wide variety of vegetable and meat dishes. It can also be consumed by diabetics.
