Quality matured mustard, free from additives (flavour enhancers, preservatives, colourings). The ingredients used are from Hungarian producers and the mustard seeds are certified organic. The mustard seeds are produced using a traditional ageing process, during which the beneficial constituents of the mustard seeds, the bio-fermented vinegars used and the spices used combine to produce an excellent dietary effect when consumed. It goes very well with meat dishes with character, but is also suitable for sauces. It is very tasty and is recommended only for those who can tolerate it.
