Original and elegant milk chocolate with butter-vanilla-like notes of milk caramel that harmonize well with the fruity-citrus character of Madagascar's cocoa beans.
MENAKAO is a brand born in Madagascar that uses a variant of criollo cocoa beans grown in the Sambirano Valley. Bean to bar chocolates are also made locally, made from local ingredients in virtually every element.
The woman in the picture is merina (meaning: Highlanders), the largest ethnic group in Madagascar, whose ancestors came from Indonesia or Malaysia. In the XIX. Towards the end of the 19th century, the kingdom of Merina united the island and made Antananarivo its capital.
