Bakalár Dry Hopped is a classic light Czech lager beer made with special cold hopping technology. In addition to its herbal seasoning, the aroma and taste are clearly dominated by the famous Saaz hop aroma, which, in addition to fresh citrus notes, gives the beer a fuller, not too intrusive bitterness.

Cold hopping is when hops are added to the cooled wort. For this process, adapted to the typically bitter character of the beer, so-called "bitter hop" varieties are mainly used. This process enriches the beer with special and original flavors. Since the essential oils of hops added to cold wort do not boil, new hop notes, aromas and flavors are added to the beer.
