Nektária Elderflower Gourmet flower syrup 500ml

The taste of our grandmothers' syrup was bottled without preservatives or additives.
The content and flavor of the syrup is provided by elderflowers from farmer Zsuzsi's elderberry plantation. At the end of May, they always wait for the phone to ring: they can go pick elderflowers. On that day, everything is yellow from the pollen and the mood is always sweet from the delicate scent of flowers.
In their factory, they prepare an aqueous solution from the flower, which is filtered after a few days. They admit that they like to "forget" a little pollen in the extract made in this way. Of course, this will make the syrup a little more "confused", but they like it that way, as naturally as possible. For the gourmet version, a higher proportion of elderflower extract is added.
Compared to syrup, the taste of average, cheap elderberry syrups is mostly only artificial aroma.
