Fresh, ripe fruit is processed seasonally to produce a valuable fruit puree. 1 kg of fruit puree is made from 1.5-2 kg of fruit, depending on the fruit. Thanks to the use of ripe fruit, the pulp is rich in vitamins and nutrients. Consuming it in moderation can be beneficial for your health.
