The Nektaria company does not use concentrate, it has its own fruit processing plant.
Fresh, ripe fruit is processed seasonally to produce a valuable fruit puree. 1 kg of fruit puree is made from 1.5-2 kg of fruit, depending on the fruit. Thanks to the use of ripe fruit, the pulp is rich in vitamins and nutrients. Moderate consumption can be beneficial to health.
Making a juice concentrate is simple:
The concentrate is produced by physically beating, draining and pressing the fruit with heat and chemicals. Thanks to this technology, a large percentage of the fruit's nutritional composition and vitamins are lost.
Apart from one apple juice pressing plant, there is no other such plant in our country. As a result, all fruit concentrates used in Hungary are imported.
