In comparison with other products, the very significant difference is that the fruit content in their syrups is provided by the eponymous fruit puree, not juice concentrate.
About juice concentrate production simply:
Production of concentrate by physical action, dewatering with heat and chemical agents, compression. Thanks to the technology used, the fruit loses a very large percentage of its content and vitamins.
There are no juice condensing plants in our country, except for one apple juice condensing plant. It follows that the fruit concentrates used in Hungary are exclusively procured from abroad.
Their family business does not work from concentrate, it has its own fruit processor.
They process seasonally fresh, ripe fruit, from which they make a valuable fruit puree. Depending on the fruit, 1.5-2 kg of fruit are used to produce 1 kg of fruit puree. Their syrups are rich in vitamins and nutrients, thanks to the use of ripe fruit. Its moderate consumption has a beneficial effect on supporting our health.
