New-wave gin, which in addition to juniper is a mixture of many herbs and spices: the aroma and taste of cardamom, orange, bergamot and a few secret ingredients can be discovered in it. Its character is fresh and unique, even in its complexity, its spices complement each other excitingly. Due to its citrusy nature, it stands its ground on its own, it also dances in cocktails, in a classic gin & tonic combination, you just have to leave the gin, let it lead.

If it is Boldogkőváralja, it is Bestillo. If it is Bestillo, it is ;pálinka;. It was so far… Because it is now gin. Gin too. Not just any. The harmonious drink, prepared with the same exceptional care as Gábor Czakó and his partner, Móni, cooks the fruit, only now the obsessed brandy team does not germinate the raspberries, but the organically produced bergamot oranges are peeled in the kitchen. Instead of selected, self-produced chemical-free apricots, organic juniper and spices are added to the cauldron.
The choice of name eventually consisted of two stories: Miss Millicent, the enigmatic character in The Passenger and Moonworld, gave the first part. Its aim is to make this Hungarian-related drink a bit more international. The second part, Speakesy, adds enigma, secrecy. The bars, which also operated under the alcohol ban, were called speakeasy bars, which could be entered after knocking. “Every door is open for you and me,” it says on the label.
