Santa Catarina's multi-award winning "Molho Cru" tuna fillet in sauce comes from the island of São Jorge in the Azores, where people grow onions, garlic, parsley, bell peppers and chili peppers in their gardens, which form the base of the sauce.
A purely artisan preserve, the raw materials are crushed entirely by hand, with all the care and love of the people of São Jorge.
