Canonita is a special, artisanal Mallorcan aperitif that entices with the fresh, citrusy aromas of Canoneta oranges, native to the Sóller region. Its 18% alcohol content and unique preparation method make it truly distinctive — it provides an excellent experience neat, on ice or in cocktails.
Canonita orange aperitif is a craft product of the Antonio Nadal distillery in Mallorca, made from the famous Canoneta orange variety. These high-quality, sun-ripened oranges are harvested from the picturesque Sóller region in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, and are carefully hand-selected.
The fruits are processed fresh: their peel is removed by hand and then macerated in wine-based alcohol. Then, vacuum distillation is used to extract the purest possible aromas and natural colors — this is how Canonita aperitif becomes particularly fragrant and rich in flavor.
